Eduardo Saverin is an internet entrepreneur, economist, and angel investor with an estimated net worth of $20 billion. Saverin Co-founded Facebook with Mark Zuckerberg and his other fellow dorm students when he was at Harvard. He currently holds a 0.4% stake in the company and owns approximately 53 million shares in Facebook. He heavily invested in two successful early stage start ups Qwiki, and Jumio. Qwiki was bought out by yahoo for $50 Million dollars according to Techcrunch. Saverin has 17 investments currently in 14 different companies RedMart, Tech in Asia, 99.co, Hopscotch, and others. He has between $100 – $150 Million invested so far in these 14 different companies that he holds shares in. He holds his bachelor’s degree in economics at Harvard University and graduated in the year of 2006.
