During the 2016 New York auto show, the 2017 Infiniti QX70 Limited made its official debut. This marks the second vehicle in Infiniti’s lineup to get the Limited treatment, which brings exterior and interior enhancements.
Set to go on sale this summer, the new QX70 Limited crossover will feature a unique front fascia, with LED DRLs, new grille design that will be featured across the QX70 lineup, body-color side air vents, dark-finish outside mirror housings and rear combination lamps, and a stainless steel rear bumper protector. Infiniti rounds out the enhancements with a rear hatch-mounted “Limited” badge.
Inside, the new model will offer a high-contrast Graphite and Stone-colored treatment, with a dark-color headliner, open-pore wood trim with aluminum flake trim on the console, pillow quilting on the center console, and aluminum-trimmed pedals. The seats will feature high-contrast leather with Stone inserts. Pillow quilting will also make its way onto the seats, with Stone color stitching and piping.
“The QX70 Limited offers a range of premium exterior and interior treatments, adding an extra touch of exclusivity to the dramatically styled crossover,” said Randy Parker, vice president of Infiniti Americas, in a release. “The QX70 has always been a popular model in the greater New York area so it’s fitting that visitors to the New York International Auto Show will be the very first to see this beautiful new QX70 Limited model.”
The same 325-hp 3.6-liter V-6 engine found in the standard QX70 will power the Limited model. It will be paired with a seven-speed automatic transmission with Adaptive Shift Control. Infiniti has also included a list of available systems for the QX70 Limited, including Around View Monitor system with Moving Object Detection, Intelligent Cruise Control, Lane Departure Warning, and Lane Departure Prevention.
The 2017 Infiniti QX70 Limited will be on display during the 2016 New York Auto Show from March 25 to April 3 before hitting dealers this summer.
