We here at HuffPost Canada Style love a good celeb hair transformation. And for us, the bolder the better.

When we heard word our favourite childhood actress, Amanda Bynes, had gotten a haircut, we were curious to see what the 29-year-old would flaunt this time, considering she’s always kept her hair long, even through an array of colour changes (remember when she had pastel pink hair?)

Returning to Twitter Tuesday after being gone since December (and only tweeting four times in 2015), “The Amanda Show” star, who is currently flaunting a platinum blond look, revealed the collarbone length, blunt chop in a selfie.

“Hi everyone! I got a haircut! What do you think?” Bynes asked her 3.48 million followers on Twitter.

We say it looks great, Amanda! Even though only half her face is visible in the pic, the new style looks sophisticated and elegant, especially with that side-swept bang. And she looks happy in this rare social media appearance.

Now, we’ll just be patiently waiting here for the full reveal!
