Dodge ending an era with the best gasoline powered muscle car ever made in automotive history

Dodge on December 22, 2023 completed production of its last challenger SRT Demon 170. Joined by employees, retirees, and union reps at Stellantis Brampton Assembly Plant the celebration consisted of over 2,000 employees that worked tirelessly over the year due to parts shortages to make the quota on time. Earlier in the process when they started the assembly for these models the coordinators at the plant didn’t think it would of been possible for those numbered vehicles to be produced before December 31, 2023. After some time a plan was put forward to get these numbers met and with hard work and dedication to meet beyond the deadline the employees and staff met their quota before the eight day mark. But on December 22, it was a hard challenge, the last and final day for everyone on the line to meet expectations the almost impossible. Parts were short. The teams rushed to make sure the parts were on site before the car went threw every channel to be assembled. Scrambling around and having limitations could stop the line in process and cost time for everything else behind it for just only one car. As the parts started showing everything went smooth and efficient during that process and things started coming together. It was probably the most chaotic day in the history that plant has ever seen. With only a few parts left to go a party and celebration was set in place to view the best last ever gasoline powered muscle car to roll off the assembly line.
